The MC hotel is one of Aparium’s independent boutique hotels and part of the Mariott Autograph Collection. Located in Montclair, New Jersey, the hotel combines a bold playfulness with a casual sense of luxury to create a lively retreat for travelers and locals who want to experience the perfect fusion of city vitality and suburban comfort. Throughout the hotel, this sense of connection to the community is seen through the prominently displayed artwork from local artists. With this in mind, the design aims to tie in the minimal branding while drawing attention to and framing the featured artworks.
